Through dance athlete I greatly improved my strength, stamina and flexibility to compliment my dance training. Each program progressed nicely from the last and the exercises always had relation to a dance step which was ideal for my training. Rosie’s planning helped to aid in injury identification and prevention. Having a theory aspect was also beneficial for me as it taught the correct muscles and techniques needed for improvement and safe practise.

Dance athlete changed my training completely, from mentally to physically and beyond. The dedication and guidance through each session is phenomenal, you are forever learning. Dance athlete taught me so much not just about exercises but also about my self, providing individual guidance and support like no other. Through the sessions I became more confident to walk into a gym and complete a session with knowledge of what I had learnt. The holistic approach in which Dance Athlete takes is incredible from education, to how sleep and nutrition can affect training and the bodies overall function. The confidence i learnt from each session helped me with over coming multiple injuries and learning how to look after my body with a chaotic schedule.
